Lyrics to Supernova’s It’s on…
After giving up on trying to decipher Lukas’s mumbling I finaly found the lyrics to Supernova’s new song Let it on in the Rockband forums which seem to be the most comprehensive source of info about Supernova.

Not too bad. A bit long maybe but definitely a huge improvement over the last two songs. Listening with the lyrics in hand I guess Lukas did work his vocals alright on the chorus parts. But he really ate up all the slow parts of the song. Hmmm… I think someone like Magni could have really made this rock

I really enjoyed Lukas’ performance! I loved the way he sang that song. Although, I really think Lukas can do way better without them! Magni, I know he has a band in iceland, but I really think he would be best for supernova.

Going by all the bad vibes between him and T.Lee I’m not sure Magni will actually accept an offer. It will be a huge upset and a gigantic surprise to me if Magni wins. Or if Lukas loses after all that TLee has said to him during the tapings of the show(a lot of it edited out).
I actually have similar thoughts for Magni as you have for Lukas. He’s better off without the band! Magni needs a hard rocking act while Lukas a band that will showcase his sensitive songwriting with good haunting music. Supernova is neither though both these guys will be great assets in their own way.

oh man…im so glad lukas won! ive been cheering for him since day one! i actually really liked him singing this song with the band! it was great and i thought they made the right decision picking him to sing “let it on”! he has the perfect voice for it! and i love him!

lukas was a strong voice, and im glad they chose him as well.
but he needs to open his vocals more, to really show canada what he has.

I think the song is actually called “It’s on”. That is what they called it the night Lukas debuted it with the band. (the first time he sang live with them).

Arjun, Andre &, Saurav : Headspin is sure catchy and Lukas sings it well. My view is that he does fit perfectly with the band as far as look/stage act goes. The rest we’ll have to wait and see…
Crisis: I think Lukas will need to work a lot on his enunciation too. I can’t even make out what he sings sometimes. And on hard rocking no’s his range will be tested.
Tamara: Thanks for pointing that out. I’ve corrected it now. Seems like the rockband forums where I took the lyrics from had a typo. I didn’t remember too much of the song later on with Lukas’s mumbling so didn’t bother to re-check.
